When used according to the instructions (get your skin a little wet, add the Soap, rub lightly, then rinse) it's a really good way to clean your tattoo before dressing it with lotion or Goo. I've noticed some of my tattoos skip the scabbing phase and go right to the post-scabbing phase when I use this; that's what I want (scabs pull ink out).
My squeeze tube has covered four medium-sized (about 3" by 7") tattoos, using the Soap twice a day, and the bottle is still over halfway full. Excellent product.

Including the tattoo goo soap its fantastic for new and old tattoos.
It helps clean new ones and helps with healing and when used on newer ones you can instantly see the colour change, brighter and clearer!
I only wish they done bigger bottles!
