TATTOO GOO SALVE .75 oz

Alternative Views:

Who Should Use This?
Those with healing ink (less than four weeks old) and those with healed tattoos.

Why should I use it?
The compact tin is perfect for on-the-go care. Lavender oil soothes irritated skin (plus it smells great). And our blend of natural ingredients includes a beeswax base, premium grade olive oil and cocoa butter. Vitamin E provides a protective barrier that aids in faster healing and serves as a moisturizer, which is also great for healed tattoos because moisturized skin = vibrant ink.

best stuff on earth.... April 16, 2012

I use it on new ink, I use it on old ink..It has even restored the 27 colors in an 18 yr. old tat. It makes my work in progress look great as it gets finished. I also se it as a "cure all" for cuts, scratches, you name it...AND a great body lotion. I am an artist apprentice who is trying to turn all of my customers onto it~! I have alot of ink on my body and alot of color and all my colors, even the olest, just "pops" when I use the product. You do not need alot..one small tin will go a very long way :)

Pretty Good September 3, 2009
Reviewer: JNieporte from Ohio, United States
I've been using Tattoo Goo since I've been getting tattoos (almost 11 years) and it's been the best aftercare product so far. It doesn't cause my skin to break out like Vaseline Intensive Care lotion, and doesn't dry out quickly like Black Cat (so it lasts longer between applications).

The only thing I don't like about the Goo is the thickness; on a fresh tattoo it's okay, and even after the scabs have come off. But that middle period where there are scabs is the period where the Goo tends to peel them off due to its thickness, and thus you have have to apply it with more pressure (peeling the scabs). One way I've found to remedy this is to leave the can of Goo in the car in the heat; this will melt it to almost a lotion-like consistency, and it's very easy to apply this way.
